Billing and policy at tomasik eye care

At Tomasik Eye Care we require on all reschedules or cancellation to be 72+ hours in advance of your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel by calling (304) 364-5200. If your appointment is marked as no-show the patients billing method on file will be charged a $75.00 no show fee.

All eyewear purchases require a min. 50% down payment and the remaining balance will be settled upon arrival of your eyewear.  All eye exams are paid in full at time of service.
